The @one Alliance has many channels to keep its site-based employees and office teams up to date with key messages and news. One of those is a printed newsletter called one which we’ve enjoyed producing for more than 10 years.
To create trusted, authentic stories, our journalists and photographers visit construction sites to interview workers in the field. We also attend @one Alliance corporate and charity events to forge relationships with office-based colleagues.
The result is a newsletter which has won multiple awards from the Institute of Internal Communication. Once each newsletter has been printed and delivered, we re-purpose the stories and images to create PowerPoint presentations for line managers to use internally and externally.
