Where are you based?

We’re lucky enough to work in the beautiful city of York. We chose our ‘home’ for RED HQ very carefully to reflect our corporate and social responsibility, which is why you’ll find us in York’s unique Eco Business Centre, just a short distance from the city centre.


If you want to come and say hello, there’s parking space here, or if you’re coming by train, let us know and we’ll come and pick you up.


We’re also happy to travel to see you – we have clients located across the UK and with the benefit of Skype for Business, we’re always just a call away.

How do you price jobs?

No two jobs are the same, so we price them all individually depending on what’s involved. Whatever your budget, we believe in keeping our prices as cost effective and competitive as possible, without compromising on service or creativity.

What’s your process for working with new clients?

Our aim is to get to know your company inside out.


As a starting point, we’ll spend an introductory session getting to know you and your IC challenges, either here at RED, or travelling to wherever you are located.


We also like to take a walk in your employees’ shoes, so if it’s ok with you, we’ll invite ourselves onto a site induction and follow the processes you set out for your other new starters.


By getting to know how your company ticks, we can tailor our solutions in a way that will work best for your audience and culture, and is aligned to your company’s vision and values.

How long have you been around?

We’re delighted to be celebrating our 10th birthday this year.


And we’re super chuffed to say that we have never lost a client in all that time.
